Office spaces to meet every need
A flexible choice of office spaces from 300 m2 to 1,500 m2 per floor, in the next phase up to 2,700 m2 per floor without obstruction from columns. Fully finished suspended ceilings and raised floors allow for quick and easy adaptation of the spaces to any requirements. We also provide planning and construction of the office in accordance with the needs of the tenant.

The buildings of the first phase of the campus have been awarded LEED Platinum certificates— the first ever in Latvia! The high rating testifies to the flawless quality, sustainability and energy efficiency of the office buildings. This ensures a comfortable and health-friendly environment for tenants and allows a significant reduction of operational costs.
Functional garden
One of the unique features and advantages of the office campus is the richly landscaped environment. 60 historic trees have been preserved here and more than 160 new trees planted! The area between the office buildings is divided into several functional zones, providing spaces for relaxation, events and a wide range of outdoor sports, including volleyball, basketball and table tennis.

A fitness club, a conference centre and expanded mobility facilities are planned for the next construction phase.
